The Role

We are seeking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic Administration and Reception Assistant to join Halewood Academy. The successful candidate will work within the school’s Business Support Team, to provide assistance across all aspects of school administration, including; Reception, HR, Absence Cover, Examinations and Student Records.

The role involves a demanding and varied workload in a very busy environment. You will be responsible for effective management of your time to ensure processes are followed, in a range of key areas.

Previous experience of working in a similar environment, with an understanding of school systems and structures would be desirable but is not essential.

You will be joining the Academy at a very exciting point along its journey to excellence.
