We are seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to coordinate our highly successful Wellbeing Hub. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, yet knowledgeable professional to support pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, children in care, and those requiring reintegration into school after non-attendance. The Wellbeing Hub provides a safe and inspiring environment, and we are looking for someone with the expertise to handle trauma and mental health challenges while delivering both support and tuition. Knowledge of English and maths GCSE course would be beneficial. The role involves working closely with parents, staff, and external professionals to offer holistic, wrap-around care. If you have the empathy, experience, and leadership skills to make a real difference in young lives, we would love to hear from you!
