The Role

We seek to appoint a highly committed and inspirational Vice Principal to join our popular school. 

You should be a knowledgeable, highly motivated and ambitious professional with a strong track record of leading whole school improvement with positive impact. In addition, the successful candidate will be an excellent teacher across the primary phase who can lead others through their example, enthusiasm and resilience.

Our new Vice Principal will be responsible for leading teaching, learning and curriculum development in our school. They will lead continuous professional development to ensure that all staff are knowledgeable, skilled and highly effective practitioners who strive for excellent outcomes for all pupils.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team in the school, the successful candidate will work with the Principal and Pastoral Vice Principal to further refine and develop strategic direction and future development and lead all stakeholders through the next stage of improvement at Whiston Willis.
