We are seeking to employ an energetic and enthusiastic leader of the Business and Computing Department. You will be responsible for leading an established and supportive team of colleagues, who aim to raise the aspiration of all students and support them to achieve their full potential. The Subject Leader is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the progress and attainment of students and the quality of teaching and learning in the classroom. They are responsible for ensuring that the curriculum suits the needs of the students and that they can follow appropriate pathways to reach their potential and succeed. You will be responsible for leading an established and supportive team of colleagues, who aim to raise the aspiration of all students and support them to achieve their full potential.
