We seek to appoint an inspirational and dedicated SENDCo from January 2026. This is a leadership role and is non-class-based. We are looking for a driven and committed SENDCo to help shape the future of our provision for pupils with special educational needs.
You will play a key role in influencing the growth of our school community, embedding inclusive practices from the ground up and ensuring that every pupil receives the support they need to thrive.
You will be an experienced teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs. Working closely with staff, parents and other appropriate professionals, you will apply your leadership skills to guide other teachers with delivering a provision to raise achievements and improve progress for pupils with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the school strategy to help ensure that every pupil is supported to help them reach their full educational potential. You will be required to design, deliver and evaluate interventions across the four broad areas of need.
